SPG30-300K unable to read channel B

Hi there,

do anyone have the same problem as me?
I couldn't get the output from the channel B to my arduino.

I used oscilloscope to see the output of channel B as well.
All i get is random stuff that look like noise.

Anyone can help me with this please?

For confirmation, is that motor with encoder? If you want to read encoder, may put pull-up resistor. I use that before.

yeah it's a motor with encoder.
I have tried to put the pull-up resistor but it doesn't give me any reading afterward.
Actually I can get reading from the channel but it giving me wrong reading.
for example
the reading should be 900 counts per revolution.
Channel A give me around 900 counts but
Channel B give me around 500 counts.

How should i solve this?
