Hi, I'm having problem making my G15 motors to run using GD02 driver. I've been using it for 4 months now and its was totally fine, until yesterday morning as usual trying to run my G15 motors and it didnt work. I have tried checking the connection and all and the problem still persist. One thing I suspect is the GD02 has high possibility to be not working anymore because the G15 motor's LED lights up when i turned on the power supply, so its not the motor problem.

I have attached a youtube video below for my better explanation, thanks.

Hi, thanks for your clear explanation!

Can you try to Factory Reset the motor using G15GUI software and let us know whether it's working after the reset? The G15 ID will be reset to 1.

If it still doesn't work, please help to check the connection of G15's wires. Although the LED of G15 blinks when you power up, we can't be sure that the DATA pin is properly connected. It may have been broken after tear and wear. You can use a multimeter, set it to connectivity test mode. Then check the connectivity of the DATA pin.

Hi sich, thanks for the fast reply. I just did what you told me, factory reset, still, same problem. I have 2 unit of G15 motors actually, and both also didn't work on GD02 anymore.

ok, i just did the connectivity test on the female and male socket of the G15 motor if that's what you meant. All three pins from male to female respectively and vice versa were tested and got sound.

Sorry for late reply and thanks for your effort!

In this case, like what you suspect earlier, most probably GD02 is the culprit. Please send back this GD02 to us for test and warranty. If possible we would like to get at least one of your G15 servos for testing too. You can fill up the warranty form and send together with the item(s). Thank you.
