if i want to control dc motor using MOSFET how many mosfet i must use and is there any circuit diagram to connect the mosfet from PIC 16F877a?

I guess it depends on your requirements, try google and get some info about MOSFET as motor driver. It is possible to use 1 for 1 motor for simple start.stop, speed control in 1 direction. But if you need bi-directional, it will become more complex.
