is it any way to use this md30c with tx and rx?
im planning to use radio control transmitter to control the dc motor,

MD30C does not have UART or serial interface, and Radio control is not Serial or UART, it is giving pulses. Yet again, MD30C is not designed for Serial nor RC signal.
You will need to add a controller to translate that signal to normal/conventional PWM and DIR.
