interface ECG to PC using sound card

Hi..i want to know what is this connector name and where can get it? I want to view my ECG ( body pulses in analog) in pc. So i want to use sound card that have build in ADC to view my signal. The problems is..i dunno how to get this connector and connect to my hardware. Can anyone help me with this..TQ

Cytron has this product in shop but it's not uploaded in the website. Maybe you can go to the shop to get it if you want.
