It's a 60V, 7.5 Ohm, 750mA N-channel TO92 mosfet.

The problem is the casing. the only 2 mosfet I knew using to92 are BS170 and 2N7000. They are having low current of 100-200mA only. You can easily get TO220 mosfet with IRFxxx number series but the current is 3 to 30 times bigger if that's OK with you. Just goto cytron website. Under electronic components/transistors/....there are many for you to choose from.

The datasheet is here

Hi, the datasheet that I sent might not be reliable. I googled and found another datasheet here:

http://www.datasheetcatalog.org/datashe ... /70212.pdf

The current is 230mA (min) and after I went to DIGI_KEY and found out theirs is 150mA and 500mA (max).

So I think "brand" is important. You can also find out from your circuit and roughly calculate how much current is required. If you need only 150mA, you can substitute it with BS170 or 2n7000 which are easier to find in cytron or Jalan Pasar.
