USB TO UART DOES NOT RECOGNIZED

My UART does not recognized by the computer. I had installed the driver properly. After I connect it to the SK40C for several times, suddenly its does not recognized. Why this happened? Somebody help me :(

I guess you're using USB-UART UC00A to connect to your PC.
Did you try to reinstall the drivers in your PC?
Did you try another USB port?
May be the UC00A is faulty.
