i want to ask about my uart fingerprint. i try to connect the fingerprint module with usb-uart converter to my laptop.. unfortunately, when i open the gui and click open port, the gui hang and cannot do anything. i dont know why.. i have try so many times but still same.. i try use the Fingerprint Time Attendance Application gui and also Fingerprint Reader GUI but still have the same problem.. the default baud rate at the gui is 19600..
i also try to change the baud rate at the port at device manager to 19600 and also default 9600 but also cannot work..

what should actually to make this device working properly??

It should be the connection/wiring from PC to the fingerprint reader. Pls double check/confirm.
