extidus WROTE:adxl335 requires 3V 350uA supply
IDG-500 requires 3v 7mA quiescent current
at the raw pin which i should be supply 3.3v to it but how many should i give or limiting it? since i'm using a 9V battery passing L7805CV voltage regulator and comes to this LM1117T-3.3 voltage regulator.
According to the datasheet, ADXL335 can be powered from 1.8V to 3.6V, typical current consumption is 350uA. So bear in mind, current determine by the load, not the source; as long as the voltage is within the range. If you supply 3.3V from LM1117T-3.3, it is sufficient and will not break the accelerometer. Same apply to Gyro.
