Connection for Auto-Calibrating Line Sensor to IFC-DI08

I using it for automatic line following in white color line.
I tried to connect and modify it to be 5 independent digital input to IFC-DI08 and supply with 5V.
How about the calibrate connection? how to make it without press the button on the cal switch?
