automatic filling system (PLC)

My FYP is all about to construct an automatic filling system using PLC.This project is about to construct an automatic a machine that will automatically fill a bottle with water until it reach the decided level of the water, and this works will repeated so the machine can fill more empty bottle.
1) what sensor can detect the existing of the empty bottle
2) what valve can be used to fill the empty bottle
3) what sensor can stopped filling process automatically when reach the maximum level of water
Does anyone have any suggestions? thx
