Flame sensor not working

I just bought flame sensor few days,
i follow the instruction here :

using adruino mega.

The digital fail to give out reading, the analog can function.
Is this sensor spoil??
Can sent for warranty?
The attach picture showing the time when flame detected.

I don own that flame sensor, but seem to be quite easy from the page that you give, and it has a video to show the working condition.

Can show the photo of connection? Did you turn the potentiometer on the sensor?

If analog can function, ofcourse digital can function. Just setting the variable resistor. Did you set pin as digital input?
This example use flame sensor.
