I need to create a simple counter system but am not sure what sensors to use.
My initial thoughts were to use an IR transmitter and receriver in parallel and the number of time the
IR signal is cut off would be used as a counter. However, I have no clue how to do this.
Anyone can suggest or maybe give me an intro on what's the best way for this?
