Force Sensitive Resistor 0.5 Inches

hai

i buy this force sensitive sensor but i dont know how to use it..hehe..i wanna make basic circuit for this sensor to interfacing with pic 16... the idea is..when it been force(punch) then it will produce an output, so that the pic16 will notice about the force are being apply on the sensor..
any idea everyone
