Connect LSA08 with Raspberry pi For Color sensing robot

Postby hammad_rashid007 » Thu Dec 21, 2017 4:10 pm

I want to make a color sensing/following robot using raspberry pi. Why raspberry pi?, because I need to make an app and connect the hardware with it for a touchscreen input for user.

Has anyone tried to actually make it work? As no sample code is provided.
I know it is possible to connect using UART. And using logic converter. But the calibration and the coding to make it work on raspberry pi?.

It is also possible to connect LSA08 with arduino, so is it possible to connect the working system of arduino to a raspberry pi? And make it work properly?

It will be best to try it yourself.

Not possible for us to setup a Raspberry Pi and develop the library as of now, it is in our time line, but not there are too many development in our waiting list, so it will take a long time to get the library up.
