bluetooth pairing

Recently the kc21 module that i purchase did not connect with my PC.. despite that you must applied force to the circuit in order to make the LED lid i still failed 2 get pairing with the computer... any though?

What do u mean by "applied force"?
What OS are u using? Please give us more info on the condition when it fails to pair. Perhaps you can upload the photo of your circuit board and give us your schematic/connection.
