Without any data, it is very hard to recommend a suitable power supply for your 16 servos.
1. What is the rated voltage and current to operate each servo ?
2. Are all the 16 servo having the same rating?
3. Can you accept fixed or portable DC power supply?
If the total current consumption is more then 5A, I will recommend to split the servo into 2 or 3 groups of 8 or 5 motors. That will be easier to manage.
Did you take a look at the laptop PSU? They are quite heavy duty and output is around 18V DC. Just drop it down to the voltages you want, using 78Mxx regulator together with a power transistor, in 2 or 3 groups (1 for your mcu). That should satisfy your motors' requirement.
Another cheap solution is the ATX PSU for PC. They have very high +5V capacity on current and quite high on the +12V as well.
