You can use PIC. The way is, you can connect servo directly to PIC or you can use servo controller.
Here the example code, servo motor and servo controller.

i bought SC08A & UC00A earlier and using GUI to control my servo. But now i wanted to learn to program servo using PIC but not sure which hardware should i buy. can i use these hardware SK40C,ic PIC-16F877A, UIC008 to program my servo? what else do i need? need some opinion here. thanks..

I see that Cytron provides both .c and .h with the name "SK40C_16F877A_SC08A". So I guess it works straight away on SK40C + PIC16F877A and you can program it using UIC00B to program the chip.
