Siemens TC35 problem

hye... i have buy this gsm, i on the power of gsm and put the sim card..
and i contact the sim card with my mobile. but do not have the reply from the sim in the gsm board such as led blinking?

Mind sharing a photo of the setup? What is the power voltage? Any other LED light on when the power is apply? Have you tested the SIM card?

this is my hardware that i had setup.. im used 12V adapter for power it..
before i put in the GSM board, i had test buy call the no.. but nothing happen.

Why don you try with RS232. Tutorial from Cytron shows there is response through RS232 but did not mention anything about LED reaction if there is coming call.

what is the VCC pin near RXD pin on the TC35 board? should I connect it with VDD pin on the SK40C?

The VCC pin near RXD is the voltage for the TC35 board, it is different from the VDD of SK40C, so you should ignore it.
