Control the speed of the 10A motor with Arduino

Postby Sucredo » Thu Jan 11, 2018 5:53 pm

Hi,

I want to control the speed of this motor : https://www.cytron.io/p-ig32e-05k using an Arduino Uno and this shield : https://www.cytron.io/p-shield-md10
The encoder present with the motor should make this project easy but I'm a beginner in the use of Arduino so I don't know at all how to do it.
I didn't find any documents to help me in this project on the site.
Do you know how to do it ? Are there docs on the internet which explain how to do it ?(I didn't find any...)

I have also another question : how should I power the whole mounting and the motor ?

Thanks a lot for your help.

Hi Sucredo,

On the Planetary DC Geared Motor IG32E-05K product page, under Description tab, there have tutorial links for tutorial Arduino + 2A Motor Shield + Encoder Motor. You may start with that first.

Hope this helps, thanks.
