PIC Control Light Dimmer

Hi,


Is this circuit suitable for PIC PWM pin to control the light intensity?

Does anyone try use PIC to control light before? Please advise. Thanks a lot.

Did u do this before? Using the normal transistor will do? I also don't know how to select the resistor for this circuit, can teach me how?

Hi,

depending on what light dimmer you want to do. AC dimmer, you need to use triac while small bulb or led, you can use any transistors :)
