MPLABX IDE

Postby tonywk88 » Mon Apr 16, 2012 3:06 pm

Hi,

I'm having trouble burning program into PIC using MPLABX and PICKIT2. I'm had try using UIC00A and UIC00B to burn the program into it and it has no result although the it's success burn in. Anyone have idea why? Isn't the MPLABX do not support PICKIT2?

Hi There,

Isn't the HEX file generated is something like this ... eg.. project1.X.production.hex ?
I tried to burn in but still no respone. Besides that, i do try to export hex out from the project and it didn't give any respone as well.

Thanks for everything

Hi,

Successfully burn in using UIC00A programmer. Just the configuration Bits need to set LVP -> OFF.

Hi there,

I'm using PIC16F887. I not sure why but once the LVP is ON. it just OK.
But once i off it, no matter using UIC00A or UIC00B or PICKIT3 also cannot program in.

Thanks

Woh.... great to hear that!

It seem worth my money to get UIC00B :) I am happy with it in PICkit2 Programmer and MPLAB IDE.

Now I have more reason to use the MPLAB X IDE

Well.. All i can say is .. it sure still got a lot interesting part to be discover in MPLAB X IDE..
For my opinion, i think the problem is the Hi-tech C compiler.. Many have change and the setting is different compare to older version.
